The Role

As an Industrial Engineering and Transportation Analyst at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our Transportation Fleet and helping us meet the demands of our growing business. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with managers to outline and prioritize business needs
• Integrating multiple data assets across various database platforms
• Building, creating, and maintaining multiple Excel spreadsheets
• Providing data analysis and insights to inform business decisions
• Supporting the development and implementation of logistics and transportation strategies

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Previous experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a logistics or transportation setting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and formulas
• Experience with Microsoft Access, including database design and management
• Strong typing and 10-key skills, with the ability to maintain high accuracy and speed
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• A high school diploma or equivalent, with a bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, logistics, mathematics) preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI

• Knowledge of transportation management systems (TMS) and logistics software
• Certification in data analysis, logistics, or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
