With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across consumer, business, and service provider segments, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer experience surveys, including 40 studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries.

As a Senior Statistics Architect at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our Utility Teams to outline, design, and capture business needs. You'll grow your knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to inform and transform data within our Cornerstone Large Data Platform. Your expertise will be instrumental in building robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.

Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Utility Teams to outline, design, and capture business needs

• Grow knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leverage them to inform and transform data within our Cornerstone Large Data Platform
• Design and build robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions
• Develop and implement innovative solutions using transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver high-quality and accurate data
• Provide guidance to improve competencies and drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems
• Power customer tale evaluation and elaboration, design and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive tasks to improve best practices and efficiency
• Work closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC Stop-to-Give-Up technique

Essential Qualifications

* Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3 years

• Ability to collaborate actively with dating managers/product owners to expertise functional requirements and convert them into technical deliverables
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with data warehousing, ETL, and data visualization tools

• Knowledge of cloud-based data platforms and big data technologies
• Familiarity with machine learning and predictive analytics techniques
• Certification in data science, data engineering, or related fields
