Job Summary

As a Full Stack Data Science Manager, you'll be responsible for leading a team of data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and improve customer experiences. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop strategic plans, and execute projects that meet business objectives. Your expertise in data analysis, machine learning, and data visualization will be essential in driving business outcomes and informing strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experiences

• Lead a team of data scientists and analysts to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans
• Develop and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders, including peers, colleagues, and leadership
• Stay up-to-date with industry-leading practices and technologies, and apply them to drive business outcomes
• Foster a culture of innovation and collaboration within the data science team
• Develop and execute budgets for projects and teams, and ensure financial plans are met
• Oversee financial planning and budgeting for the data science team
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and drive business outcomes

* Experience with data analysis and machine learning, including SQL, R, Python, and other programming languages
