- Lead and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to attract, source, and hire top talent across multiple functions.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key talent pools, industry networks, and educational institutions to build robust pipelines.
- Enhance employer branding and candidate experience through innovative sourcing and recruitment campaigns.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, including leadership roles in high-volume, dynamic environments.
- Proven track record of delivering diverse, high-quality talent pipelines in technology or related industries.
- Experience leading and managing complex projects while balancing day-to-day recruitment operations.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, recruitment technologies, and industry best practices.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and present actionable insights to executives.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
