Web Development Intern (Summer 2026)
Schneider Electric is seeking a Web Development Intern to join their ArcFM Web team. The internship is designed for college students who are passionate about web technologies and eager to gain hands-on experience in building and enhancing enterprise-level web applications.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the development, testing, and maintenance of ArcFM Web applications
- Collaborate with the development team to implement new features and improve existing functionality
- Develop and maintain automated & unit tests to ensure application quality and reliability
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs or performance issues in web applications
- Learn and apply Agile development methodologies in a team environment
Skills
- Currently enrolled in a college or university program pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Basic understanding of TypeScript, JavaScript
- Familiarity with modern web frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue) is a plus
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services is desirable
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a team collaboratively
- Local to the Fort Collins, CO area. Relocation is not provided for this role
- Exposure to React, HTML, CSS, and C#
- Experience with Git or other version control systems
- Understanding of GIS concepts or interest in geospatial technologies
