[Remote] Sales Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Phreesia is a company dedicated to transforming healthcare delivery through its SaaS platform. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative to connect with prospects, conduct cold calls, and contribute to the growth of the organization's business pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Make a high volume of outbound calls and emails daily to engage healthcare decision-makers
- Identify potential customers, identify problems we can solve, and qualify prospects based on fit and needs, and schedule meetings for the sales team
- Clearly communicate the value proposition of our healthcare tech solutions and address common objections
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach efforts, conversations, and lead progress in Salesforce
- Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine messaging and optimize outreach strategies
- Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects and keep them engaged throughout the sales funnel
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to tailor outreach efforts effectively
Skills
- Bachelor's degree required
- Must be located within Eastern or Central time zones
- Ability to demonstrate robust knowledge of and passion for sales
- Confident, strong and energetic phone presence to engage prospects and peak interest
- Persistence and resilience to handle objections and rejection, as well as meet goals
- Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in sales or business development
- Cold outreach experience
