As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to work from the comfort of their own home and contribute to the success of our organization.Key Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute incoming departmental mail or work requests in a timely and efficient manner.
- Review work process reports to ensure required data is available and request any missing documentation as needed.
- Output, print, and list reports as required.
- Plan correspondence or packages for internal/external mailing.
- Maintain departmental logs, accounting sheets, or databases.
- Monitor supply stock and arrange supplies as necessary.
- Assist other staff members with related tasks on a case-by-case basis.
