Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Specialist I, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting rental car customers with payments, tolls, and violations in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Resolving issues efficiently with a focus on one-call resolutions, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintaining in-depth knowledge of arenaflex's products and processes to provide accurate information and support.
  • Communicating effectively and empathetically with customers, addressing their concerns and needs in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Meeting performance goals in efficiency, schedule adherence, quality, and customer satisfaction, driving business growth and excellence.
  • Handling customer service mail and securing sensitive data with care, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies.
  • Performing other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the team's success and growth.

Requirements

To succeed as a Customer Care Specialist I, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
  • A team-oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm, with a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.

  • Fluency in Spanish, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers.
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and tools.
