About the Role

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to customers through live chat on our clients' websites and social media platforms. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Offer sales links and discounts to customers, as needed
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless support and resolution of customer concerns

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Work independently, with minimal supervision, to manage your workload and meet performance expectations

Essential Qualifications:

* A device with a reliable internet connection (phone, tablet, or laptop)

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to follow provided steps and instructions
  • 5+ hours of availability per week
