  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain filing systems and manage documents related to client projects
  • Conduct research to assist with candidate sourcing and client needs
  • Communicate effectively with clients and candidates for a professional experience

Skills

  • Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Experience in executive recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Adaptability in a dynamic work environment
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
