[Remote] Technical Analyst, e-Commerce (Bilingual)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. DCM is a leading Canadian tech-enabled provider of print and digital solutions. They are seeking a fully bilingual Technical Analyst to provide technical support for their e-Commerce systems and manage ongoing account maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support and training to our clients to effectively utilize our e-Commerce applications via phone and email
- Address client inquiries and resolve technical issues promptly and professionally
- Set up and manage online user profiles and customer catalogues
Skills
- Bachelor's degree or relevant college diploma, with 1+ years of experience in a technical support or similar role
- Strong customer service, problem-solving, and technical troubleshooting abilities
- Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office Suite products
- Must be bilingual in English and French
