Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients via email and live chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries via email and live chat
- Providing accurate, valid, and complete information to customers using the Knowledge Base provided
- Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed
- Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions
- Following up on customer interactions to ensure their satisfaction
- Achieving and maintaining established performance metrics
- Working with other departments to resolve customer issues
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with chat software similar to Facebook Messenger
- Proficient in basic computer skills such as MS Office, Google Suite, etc.
- Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and a reliable internet connection
- Basic English writing skills
