Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service through live chat, resolving inquiries efficiently, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers in real-time through online chat platforms to provide assistance and support.
  • Answering questions about products, services, and policies promptly and accurately.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues by identifying the root cause and providing suitable solutions.
  • Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining detailed records in our CRM system.
  • Collaborating with other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.
  • Staying updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.
  • Meeting or exceeding performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Providing feedback and suggestions to improve the efficiency and quality of the chat support process.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in an online chat or remote setting.
  • Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to multitask and handle multiple chat sessions simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and chat software.
  • A reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

  • Previous experience in the IT industry or with technical support.

Available Shifts and Compensation

We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $40.00 - $80.00/hour.
