Key Responsibilities

As an Online Chat Support Specialist – Remote, you'll be responsible for providing excellent customer service and technical support to our clients through various online chat platforms. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries and concerns via online chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing technical assistance and troubleshooting any issues related to our products and services
  • Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges
  • Proactively communicating with customers to ensure their satisfaction and address any potential issues
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
