Key Responsibilities
As a Psychic Tarot Chat Operator with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing guidance and support to clients through phone and online chat sessions
- Using your natural abilities as a Psychic, Tarot Reader, Astrology Reader, Clairvoyant, Medium, or Spiritual Counsellor to help clients find harmony and balance in their lives
- Building strong relationships with clients and providing a high level of customer service
- Working independently and as part of a team to achieve sales and revenue targets
- Participating in ongoing training and development to improve your skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience as a Psychic, Tarot Reader, Astrology Reader, Clairvoyant, Medium, or Spiritual Counsellor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of tarot and astrology
- Experience with online chat platforms and software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
