Key Responsibilities
As a Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll work from home and:
- Actively listen and ask questions to identify customer needs
- Advise on plan options, coverages, and pricing
- Process new and/or amended enrollments
- Ensure our clients' customers enjoy authentic experiences
- Deliver expert customer experiences...with a smile
Your Qualifications
Your skills, integrity, knowledge, and genuine compassion will deliver value and success with every customer interaction. Other qualifications for our Licensed Personal Lines Insurance Agent role include:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Active Personal Lines resident license
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking
- Eagerness to learn new technologies
- Passion for helping others
- Patient and empathetic nature
- Ability to pass a background check
- Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence
