Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our remote team and provide top-notch support to our clients. As a key point of contact, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues efficiently, and driving sales growth through proactive engagement. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Verifying phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact and updating customer information to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Answering incoming phone calls on the first ring, providing prompt and courteous assistance to our clients
  • Scheduling appointments for sales staff to meet prospective customers, driving sales growth and revenue
  • Responding to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within specified timeframes, ensuring seamless communication and resolution
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and arenaflex policies to ensure continuous improvement and excellence

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • An upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-through, and follow-up, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
