Job Overview

In this exciting remote position, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively and efficiently. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential customers, handling inbound customer service inquiries and problems, and identifying customer needs to route them to the appropriate department. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our services and build new relationships
  • Handle inbound customer service inquiries and problems in a professional and courteous manner
  • Identify customer needs and route them to the appropriate department to ensure timely and effective resolution
  • Work in a blended call center environment, making outbound calls and taking inbound calls to maximize customer engagement
  • Support sales campaigns related to corporate needs, leveraging your excellent communication skills to drive sales and revenue growth
  • Accurately document all call information in our system to ensure data integrity and inform future customer interactions

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that enable you to provide exceptional customer service and support. The following requirements and qualifications are essential for this position:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of related experience in customer service, sales, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Proficiency in outbound calling techniques, with experience in outbound dialing, upselling, telemarketing, timeshare, cold calling, or phone sales being a plus
  • Experience in the mortgage, banking, or financial industry is highly desirable, although not essential
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools and technologies
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues and complaints
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
