[Remote] Junior Recruiter

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Crown Homes Real Estate is seeking a motivated Junior Recruiter to support their recruiting efforts. The role involves conducting outbound calls to real estate agents, managing pre-screen conversations, and coordinating next steps in the recruiting process.

Responsibilities

• Make high-volume outbound phone calls to licensed agents and prospective agents
• Introduce the brokerage and communicate key value propositions
• Qualify interest and gather relevant information from potential recruits
• Schedule follow-up calls, meetings, or introductions with senior recruiters or leadership
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date notes in the CRM or recruiting database
• Follow established call scripts while adapting naturally to conversations
• Manage call lists and follow-up cadence to ensure consistent outreach
• Collaborate with recruiting leadership to refine messaging and outreach strategies

• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage high-volume activity while maintaining accuracy
• Reliable follow-through and time management skills
• Coachable and receptive to performance feedback
• Experience in recruiting coordination, administrative support, inside sales, or customer service
• Familiarity with CRM, ATS, or spreadsheet tracking systems
• Experience working toward activity-based or conversion-based goals
• Prior experience in recruiting, sales, customer service, or call-based roles is a plus
