Marketing Coordinator

They are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support various marketing functions, including campaign execution and brand development, while gaining exposure to modern marketing platforms and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Create & Innovate: Use digital tools like Canva, HubSpot, and WordPress to build, manage, elevate and launch marketing assets
- Manage project calendars and ensure everything is on point and on time
- Support the social media calendar including launch and measurement of social posts
- Manage the directory of sales enablement materials, ensuring our brand is fresh and all materials are accurate
- Pull reports, track performance, and share insights that drive smarter decisions
- Help process invoices and keep marketing spend on track
- Support ad-hoc tasks to keep the marketing engine humming
Skills
- A creative problem-solver with outstanding organizational skills
- Comfortable using Canva, Marketing Automation Tools, and WordPress (bonus points for other digital tools!)
- Detail-oriented with a knack for spotting what's missing or outdated with regards to our content
