Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate is a supportive brokerage looking for brokers to build their business. The role involves prospecting for buyers and sellers, conducting consultations, and building a repeat-and-referral business while receiving structured coaching and support.
Responsibilities
- Prospect for and serve buyers/sellers with professionalism and urgency
- Conduct consultations, showings, listing appointments, and negotiations
- Build a repeat-and-referral business through strong client experience + follow-up
- Use tools and systems to stay consistent (CRM, automated keep-in-touch, video texting, market updates)
- Stay sharp on contracts, compliance, and best practices (we take this seriously)
- Participate in coaching/training and implement feedback quickly
- Contribute to a positive, team-first office culture
Skills
- Active Washington State Real Estate License (or in progress—tell us where you are in the process)
- Ability to work hybrid: remote flexibility + in-office collaboration
- Professionalism, responsiveness, and commitment to ethical practice
- Familiarity with Bellevue/Seattle and surrounding markets
- A referral network, sphere, or past production (for experienced brokers)
