[Remote] Inside Sales Rep-(Remote)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. HomeTeam, a subsidiary of Rollins, Inc., is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join their team. The role involves reaching out to homeowners to generate sales and build relationships, while providing excellent customer service and support. This position is remote and offers training for new employees.
Responsibilities
- Reach out to current and prospective homeowners in your assigned area to generate phone sales
- Use patience and persistence to build long-term relationships with homeowners
- Confidently explain and demonstrate the benefits and prices of HomeTeam’s products and services with current and potential customers
- Complete sales documents accurately and completely to ensure Pest Control Techs have all the information they need to create a delightful experience for the homeowner
- Think on your feet, stay motivated, and work independently
Skills
- Must successfully pass background and drug screening
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills: concise, articulate and confident
- Outstanding listening skills with ability to navigate and consult with customers
- Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills
- Must be a cooperative team player with the ability to work independently
