Part-Time Administrative Assistant (Hourly, Pittsburgh-Based)

Jetpack Workflow is a growing, remote-first company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented part-time Administrative Assistant. The role involves supporting core administrative and compliance-related tasks, primarily in a remote capacity while managing mail and physical document coordination in the Pittsburgh area.

Responsibilities

  • Check and manage company mail on a regular basis
  • Organize, scan, and route physical letters and documents
  • Track and follow up on state-based compliance and employment documentation
  • Coordinate administrative tasks across bookkeeping and accounting partners
  • Assist with mailing packages, forms, and compliance documents as needed
  • Provide general administrative support as tasks arise

Skills

  • Must be based in or near Pittsburgh, PA
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Reliable, responsive, and able to follow through on deadlines
  • Basic proficiency with email, Google Workspace, and document management tools
  • Prior administrative or office support experience preferred (but not required)
  • Experience supporting compliance, bookkeeping, or accounting workflows
  • Familiarity with multi-state employment or documentation processes
  • Experience working with small or growing companies
