Analyst, Investment Operations

The Analyst, Investment Operations will support the end-to-end lifecycle of global investment activity, collaborating with various teams to ensure smooth operations and drive efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Execute recurring procedures, analysis, and reporting that support global investment transactions
- Prepare for and execute post-trade activities, including confirmations, settlements, and trade reporting
- Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to obtain information, resolve issues, and keep processes running smoothly
- Contribute to global investment initiatives by supporting projects, process reviews, system enhancements, and new capabilities
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to educate, problem-solve, and drive operational efficiency
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, business, or equivalent experience
- Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills—able to own issues and work through them with others
- Comfortable learning and using new technologies
- Knowledge of financial products across public markets—or a strong interest in learning
- Experience in financial services or investment operations
- Ability to deliver accurate, timely work under deadlines in a team-driven environment
- Familiarity with tools such as DTCC vendor systems, Charles River, or comparable platforms
