Job Overview As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, dispatching technicians, and managing customer relationships. This is a part-time position, with 16-24 hours per week, two to three 8-hour days per week to start, with the possibility of going full-time. You'll work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient service delivery, and exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include: * Answering phone calls, emails, and texts in a professional and timely manner, establishing customer rapport, and encouraging repeat business * Evaluating customer inquiries and assigning the best technician to each service appointment * Relaying accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences * Managing the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field * Recording the results of each service call and maintaining lead tracking and call logs * Responding to customer requests, resolving issues, and promoting arenaflex services * Submitting all necessary forms and tracking warranty issues * Updating customers throughout the day on technician progress * Following up on leads and unsold work from our technicians * Soliciting customer feedback * Scheduling project inspections and communicating with Inspectors and homeowners * Maintaining a thorough understanding of arenaflex, our products, and services to answer customer questions confidently * Taking and delivering messages as appropriate, ensuring messages are received and follow-up is completed * Alerting managers quickly to significant customer issues * Maintaining customer databases and schedules Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you'll need: * A proven track record in customer service, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences * IT competence, with good typing skills and proficiency with phone systems * Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Ability to build trust and defuse conflict * Highly motivated, flexible, and a great attitude * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically Preferred Qualifications While not required, experience in dispatching (1 year or more) is preferred. Additionally, living near the Marlborough/Hudson area is beneficial for occasional meetings.
