Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls from cardholders, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Maintain up-to-date computerized customer information, resolving inquiries, and authorizing sales
  • Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues, ensuring a positive and supportive experience
  • Utilize proficient computer skills, including managing information in multiple windows, typing while talking, and utilizing Microsoft Outlook
  • Work effectively in a team environment, communicating clearly and resolving issues efficiently

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following essential qualifications:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience or military equivalent experience
  • Must live within a 2 1/2 hour commute of Rapid City, SD
  • Confidence using a computer and proficient typing skills
  • Be 18-years-old or older
  • Be willing to take a drug test, submit to a background investigation, and submit fingerprints as part of the selection process
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a call center or customer-facing environment
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Outlook and multiple software applications
