Job Summary

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and support to our clients. You'll work closely with our community manager to ensure our online communities are engaging, informative, and supportive. You'll also collaborate with our business development team to support potential clients and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition activities.

Responsibilities

* Implement the online community moderation strategy, working closely with our community manager to ensure our Discord and Telegram channels deliver high-quality customer service and support to our communities.

  • Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to support potential clients with their questions regarding our products, helping them make informed decisions about our solutions.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competition activities, ensuring we're always ahead of the curve and providing the best possible solutions to our clients.

Requirements

* Proven experience as a Customer Support Representative or similar role, preferably with web3 projects.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to learn new concepts quickly, with a passion for staying up-to-date on the latest developments in web3 and decentralized apps.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Proficiency in Notion, with experience using this tool to manage customer support and community engagement.
  • Proficiency in English is a must, with additional languages such as Chinese preferred.
