Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Virtual Customer Support Associate to join our team in Maharashtra. As a Virtual Customer Support Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving queries via phone, chat, and/or email. You will be responsible for preventing issues, solving problems, and delighting our customers with your unique personality and approach to customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email in a timely and professional manner
  • Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to customer queries
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and provide exceptional support
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet customer needs
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum age: 18 years old
  • Right to work in India
  • Strong communication skills in English (both written and oral fluency)
  • Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within operating hours
  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required)
  • Quiet, distraction-free work space (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
  • Minimum broadband connection of 100MB download speed and 20MB upload speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service (not required but preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities
