Job Summary

As a Virtual Data Entry Clerk, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our clients' data. You will be responsible for inputting and managing various types of data efficiently and accurately, working remotely and reporting to our Data Manager. This part-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $17, flexible work schedule, and great benefits, including health and dental insurance, paid training sessions, and paid vacations.

Responsibilities

As a Virtual Data Entry Clerk, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Entering and updating data into relevant databases with high accuracy and efficiency
  • Verifying the accuracy of data to ensure its integrity and quality
  • Assisting in generating reports as required, using data analysis and reporting tools
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of sensitive information, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies
  • Communicating effectively with team members and management, using collaboration tools and software
  • Performing regular backups to ensure data preservation and prevent data loss
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data entry and management

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
  • Strong Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) is essential, as well as experience with data entry software and tools.
  • Excellent Typing Speed and Accuracy: A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute with high accuracy is required.
  • Strong Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills: You will need to be meticulous and organized, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Reliable Internet Connection and Dedicated Workspace: A quiet, dedicated workspace with a reliable internet connection is essential for this role.
