Job Summary

We're seeking a meticulous and dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data, ensuring that our information systems are up-to-date and precise. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of working independently.

Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
  • Generating reports, storing completed work in designated locations, and performing backup operations.
  • Keeping information confidential and complying with data integrity and security policies.
  • Responding to information requests from authorized members.
  • Maintaining accurate records of activities and tasks.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or similar position.
  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a high level of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other data entry software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with a remote team.

Preferred Qualifications
