Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Remote Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for receiving and processing customer requests for technical assistance, submitting tickets into our ticketing system, and providing exceptional customer service through timely and accurate communication. This is a permanent part-time opportunity with flexible hours, offering a starting pay of up to $20 per hour, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat - Submit tickets into arenaflex's ticketing system for review by Help Desk technicians - Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and update the customer accordingly - Communicate with customers via email to ensure they receive timely and accurate updates on their tickets - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions - Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service - Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring timely and accurate ticket resolution

Essential Qualifications

- Previous experience in I.T. Help Desk ticketing or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer is highly desirable - Excellent typing skills (at least 40 wpm) and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information - Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with ticketing systems and customer relationship management software - Knowledge of ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) principles and best practices - Certification in customer service or IT support (e.g., CompTIA A+ or ITIL Foundation) - Experience working in a call center or help desk environment - Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services (a plus, but not required)
