What You'll Do

As a remote customer service representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Completing daily tasks related to account processing, object processing, direct bills, and budget transfers
• Coordinating with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations
• Assisting various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and accounting standard ledger balancing
• Working on member cases and sports assigned to you
• Following and maintaining guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines and Federal Banking laws
• Processing mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, financial ruin, and payoff exams
• Reviewing, examining, and approving Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Logging, studying, and making important GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Processing Stop Pays and Check Batching
• Completing daily balancing and department closing
• Obtaining information from contributors for timely and correct processing of international and domestic budget switch requests
• Researching and affirming incoming and outgoing budget switch information
• Communicating with vendors to facilitate budget transfers
• Understanding and being familiar with outgoing and incoming budget switch laws
• Depositing check returns, studying member re-exams on draft changes, processing member exams, affirming contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
• Completing daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and penal fees

What You'll Need for Success

To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following minimum qualifications:

• High school degree or GED
• Intermediate Excel and Word experience

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer/member service experience

• Previous banking or Credit Union experience
• Episys/Symitar and processing wires

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) through work experience or education and hands-on use of the software

• Ability to perform mathematical calculations and analyze data
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and meet deadlines under high-pressure conditions

• Ability to interact professionally with all personnel and contributors
• Ability to work independently and with minimum supervision
• Ability to self-motivate with strong employer skills and ability for attention to detail

• Must pass relevant arenaflex and Credit Union pre-employment compliance exams
