Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure timely resolution of support tickets and listings. This is a remote online position, requiring a high level of independence, self-motivation, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall support quality
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
  • Work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of your work and responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* Excellent organizational skills and task management ability

  • Ability to speak with customers in a kind and helpful manner
  • Native U.S. English speaker
  • Ability to work closely with our overseas admin team to ensure timely resolution of support tickets and listings
  • High level of independence, self-motivation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a remote online environment with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer support experience, preferably in a remote online environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other business tools
  • Experience working with overseas teams and managing cultural differences
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
