[Remote] NFT Launch Coordinator

Liceo Capital Advisors is an independent investment bank focused on strategic financial advisory services, now expanding into digital assets. They are seeking an NFT Launch Coordinator to manage the operational coordination and execution of NFT drops and digital collectible launches.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end execution of NFT drops and collection launches
- Manage launch timelines, mint phases, and operational readiness
- Support allowlist and whitelist workflows, mint access, and participant coordination
- Coordinate with creators, partners, and internal stakeholders around launch execution
- Monitor launches during live mint phases and support issue resolution
- Prepare post-launch summaries and operational reports
- Ensure launches follow defined processes and best practices
Skills
- Hands-on experience participating in or supporting NFT drops or launches
- Understanding of mint mechanics, allowlists, wallets, and NFT marketplaces
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple moving parts during time-sensitive launches
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
