Planner, Customer Supply Chain
Mark Anthony Brewing Inc. is an entrepreneurial drinks company known for innovative brands like White Claw® Hard Seltzer and Mike’s Hard Lemonade. The Customer Supply Chain Planner will serve as the voice of the customer, managing the order to cash process and collaborating with Sales and Supply Chain to ensure product delivery aligns with customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Main point of contact for Sales and Distributors to manage the overall order to cash process which includes day-to-day operations and order questions
- Proactively work cross-functionally internally and externally to monitor SKU movement and inventory levels, provide recommendations on orders, and manage all aspects of order discrepancies
- Proactively develop and strengthen distributor relationships
- Partner with sales to support strategic initiatives across the customer base to promote depletions and deliver growth
