Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers and agents. You'll be responsible for answering incoming phone calls, resolving customer inquiries, and processing transactions with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming phone calls from agents and customers, assisting with a variety of inquiries, including: + Status on pending new business applications and pending in-force transactions + Specific in-force policy questions + Product information + Rates and service issue resolution

• Requires a working knowledge of processes and procedures for New Business, Claims, and In-force Back Office, navigating multiple administrative systems
• Document detailed and concise notes on all interactions, meeting or exceeding performance metrics
• Train and assist Associate CSRs, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless customer service
• Process and maintain department SLAs by processing progressively more complex transactions and servicing customer requests with a sense of urgency and accuracy
• Perform additional tasks at the request of management, as needed

Compensation

* Hourly Salary Range: $21.00-$31.96

• Eligibility for annual bonus program

Requirements

* Associate CSR skills, plus: + Proficient written and verbal communication skills + Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities + Proactive approach to customer service, anticipating needs and resolving issues + Ability to show empathy and mentor new hires

• High school education or equivalent experience
• 6 months to a year experience working as an Associate CSR or equivalent experience
