Analyst
CFAR is a consulting firm that helps leaders activate organizations to achieve their highest aspirations. They are seeking an Analyst to support project teams with senior consultants by coordinating projects and conducting research and analysis.
Responsibilities
- Analysts play a critical role on our project teams with senior consultants and clients
- They coordinate projects and conduct background research, interviews, and quantitative and qualitative analysis—among other things

- Intellectually curious individuals
- Eager to gain exposure to different kinds of organizations and leadership challenges
- Ability to contribute to multiple client engagements on teams led by senior consultants
- Recent college graduates or those in their first job looking for a new challenge
- Ability to write clearly
- Ability to think critically
- Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative data
- Ability to organize themselves and others in a relatively unstructured environment
- All majors are welcome; degrees in economics, psychology, sociology, business, and English are common among Analysts

- Analysts can expect to spend anywhere from 10% to 30% of your time traveling to client sites.
