Business Development Executive

Lendr is a leading FinTech company seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Manager to join their growing Sales Team. This role offers a unique opportunity to build strong client relationships and drive revenue growth, with a focus on proactive outreach and collaboration with partners.

Responsibilities

  • Proactively make 30+ daily contact attempts with clients seeking financial solutions
  • Manage inbound inquiries from existing and prospective partners, guiding them through financing options
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners while managing a dedicated book of business
  • Collaborate closely with the Underwriting Team to recommend tailored financing solutions
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold outreach, warm leads, and client referrals
  • Track and analyze sales metrics, consistently striving to exceed performance targets

Skills

  • A genuine passion for sales and building meaningful relationships
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport, problem-solve, and maintain long-term relationships
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing and growing an individual portfolio
  • Sales experience is a plus, but not required—growth mindset is key
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
