Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of success and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple tasks and priorities, and to adapt to changing circumstances and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with additional education or training preferred
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
