About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Sales Executive. As a key member of our remote team, you will be responsible for engaging with our customers, providing exceptional service and support, and driving sales growth. You will be working closely with all departments in arenaflex to ensure that quality and accuracy are maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and converting lead generated inbound calls
• Being a product expert and brand ambassador, signposting customers to their personalised sales solutions
• Meeting and exceeding personal and team targets
• Up-selling additional products and services
• Existing customer engagement and service management
• Being a role model within the team & showcasing the five Appello values
• Actively looking at new ways to improve customer journey

About You

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and support. You will be great at building rapport with clients and have great success with achieving and surpassing targets. It would be advantageous if you have used Customer Relationship management (CRM) software.

Essential Qualifications:

• A genuine desire to help the community and be empathetic and attentive to our customer's needs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A customer-centric mindset, highly organised, and a good level of education
• Previous experience in a telephone-based sales role and working remotely

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in using CRM software
• Knowledge of the alarm industry and its products
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
