The Role

As an Experienced Full Stack Social Media Sales Representative, you will be part of our highly skilled client success team, working with a Business Coach to sell coaching programs through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms. Your day-to-day will consist of:

  • Starting new conversations with potential clients (2 hours)
  • Follow-ups with existing leads (2 hours)
  • Organic account growth and management (2 hours)
  • Replying to active leads and closing sales (1 hour 30 minutes)
  • Daily communication and management tasks (30 minutes)

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects
  • Utilize social media platforms to engage with clients and promote coaching programs
  • Collaborate with the client success team to achieve sales goals
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media sales

Essential Qualifications

* Advanced/Native C1-C2 level of English

  • Ability to work from home with a stable internet connection
  • Full-time availability (8 hours a day and 2 hours on weekends)
  • Located in any country in Latin America or Brazil
  • High interest and commitment to learning, making money, and working with trial and error

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in sales or customer service

  • Familiarity with social media platforms and their marketing potential
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

* Fixed payment plus opportunities to grow according to performance and development: + Training Stage: $150-$300 + Average Performance Level: $600-$1,200/month + Good Performance Level: $1,200-$2,000/month + Excellent Performance Level: $2,000-$3,000+/month
