Job Summary

As an arenaflex Home-Based Customer Care Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. You'll troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to arenaflex products, educate customers on our services and product use, and maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Your ability to work effectively in a remote environment, think critically, and collaborate with team members will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
