Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our members, providing support and guidance on our services and insurance coverage. You'll work from home, interacting with members daily to resolve their concerns, answer their questions, and ensure accurate trip data is input into our systems. This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities

* Receive and document customer concerns in a timely and accurate manner

  • Ensure all company procedures are followed to maintain high-quality service standards
  • Input accurate trip data into our systems to ensure seamless operations
  • Demonstrate a personal commitment to producing high-quality work and delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation and resolution
  • Multitask effectively to extract necessary information from multiple systems
  • Review and educate members on our services and their insurance coverage
  • Work overtime as required to meet business needs
  • Maintain a high level of productivity, answering up to 100+ calls per day

Requirements

* High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)

  • 0-2 years of related experience in customer service or a contact center environment
  • 6+ months of contact center experience or customer service experience
  • Strong organization skills, written, and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to type 35wpm or more
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to talk and type simultaneously in a clear and concise manner while interacting with customers
  • Sound decision-making and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare or service-oriented industry

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Ability to work independently under general supervision
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
