Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Account Specialist to join our remote call center team. As a key member of our customer experience-driven team, you'll be responsible for assessing customers' needs, suggesting products and services, adjusting billing, negotiating claims, and arranging product substitutions/returns. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a passion for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Assess customers' needs and suggest products and services that meet their home and business needs

• Adjust billing, negotiate claims, and arrange product substitutions/returns
• Remain current on arenaflex Business products and services
• Own the customer experience, ensuring that every interaction is positive, engaging, and memorable
• Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service
• Stay up-to-date on arenaflex's products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience

• 6 months of experience using a computer and navigating multiple screens
• 1 or more years of customer service experience
• Ability to work in a highly structured call center environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills to determine the best course of action to resolve issues
• Ability to learn and apply new procedures
• Enthusiastic and personable

Preferred Qualifications

* 1+ years of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer service role, not specific to just Call Centers
• Strong aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus
• Ability to adapt to constant change
