Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English/Spanish), you'll be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, focusing on payment-related issues. You'll work independently, reporting directly to the CEO and COO on a weekly basis through a dedicated 1:1 line with the management team. Your ability to solve problems autonomously and take initiative will be key, as we aim to grow into a billion-dollar company. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Handling customer inquiries via email, focusing on payment-related issues
  • Reporting weekly to the CEO and COO, with direct communication with the leadership team
  • Playing a key role in developing and scaling our customer service processes
  • Using your freedom and independence to problem-solve and make decisions that shape the customer experience

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)
  • Customer service experience is mandatory – applications without it will not be considered
  • Experience leading or managing a team is a plus
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency or blockchain is highly preferred
  • Independent, self-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
