[Remote] Growth Strategist (Coach)

As an Executive Coach / Growth Partner, you will provide coaching and mentorship to clients, develop growth strategies, and enhance leadership performance to drive business success.

Responsibilities

  • Coach and Mentor: Utilize your expertise and experience to provide executive coaching and mentorship to our clients, helping them navigate challenges, identify opportunities, and achieve their growth objectives. You will work closely with top-level executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders across diverse industries, offering guidance and support tailored to their unique needs
  • Strategic Partnership: Collaborate closely with our clients, building strong relationships and understanding their business goals, vision, and challenges. Through a deep understanding of their industry and market dynamics, you will contribute to the development and execution of effective growth strategies
  • Performance Enhancement: Assess the strengths and weaknesses of our clients' leadership teams, identifying areas for improvement and designing customized development plans. By employing a data-driven approach, you will guide our clients in enhancing their leadership skills, fostering innovation, and driving high-performance cultures within their organizations
  • Thought Leadership: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and cutting-edge methodologies in executive coaching and leadership development. Share your insights, expertise, and thought leadership within our organization and contribute to the continuous improvement of our coaching methodologies
  • Results-Oriented Approach: Track and measure the impact of your coaching interventions on our clients' business performance and growth. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between coaching initiatives and business objectives, constantly striving to maximize the value delivered to our clients
  • Working with clients from A-Z to develop work plans / project plans and a business plans so that their clients can follow this work plan to launch their eCommerce business, get sales, achieve profitability, and scale their eCommerce business
  • Getting on weekly 1-on-1 coaching calls with clients to review materials related to the eCommerce Blitzscaling Academy Program (e.g., being able to answer client questions about all modules of the program)
  • Getting on weekly 1-on-1 coaching calls with clients to help them resolve issues, get past blockers, troubleshoot problems with their business, etc
  • Being able to act as an executive coach to clients as well as a growth advisor to their business. To push and help clients execute on their work plans to build & scale their business, as well as be able to give clients the tactical marketing advice required to enable their business to succeed. For example, tactical marketing advice on all subjects in the Blitzscaling Academy course, related to: + Optimizing conversion rates with the right offers, USPs, target audiences, etc + Ad Creative Development & Optimization + Landing Page Development & Optimization + Paid Ads + Influencer marketing + Email marketing

Skills

  • Proven experience as an executive coach, growth partner, or similar role, with a track record of successfully driving business growth and transformation
  • Experience as an entrepreneur, growth lead, marketing lead, or CMO would also be considered as valid qualification for this position
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and direct to consumer e-commerce businesses
  • Strong understanding of leadership principles, organizational dynamics, and the challenges faced by executives and entrepreneurs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, inspire confidence, and establish rapport with clients at all levels
  • A strategic mindset, coupled with the ability to think critically and provide innovative solutions to complex problems
  • Relevant certifications or qualifications in coaching, leadership development, or related fields are highly desirable
