Escrow Assistant (in office)
ForFutures Financial, Planning is a financial advisory practice of Ameriprise Financial Services LLC, and they are seeking an Escrow Assistant to support their Escrow team. This role involves assisting in the escrow process, communicating with customers, and using various technologies to ensure a smooth transaction experience.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the escrow process, such as opening orders, reading title commitments, and taking necessary steps to clear title
- Communicate regularly with customers during the escrow process flow
- Interpret various agreements as they relate to escrow closings
- Working with a variety of technologies to enable escrow transactions, assisting customers to ensure a phenomenal customer experience

- High school diploma or equivalent
