Portfolio and Wealth Advisory Analyst

BBR Partners is a wealth management firm seeking a Portfolio and Wealth Advisory Analyst to join their Advisory Analyst Program. This role involves supporting client portfolio projects, preparing reports, and assisting with client service functions, all while gaining valuable experience in wealth management.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to the team by contributing to and conducting analysis on multiple client portfolio projects including investment management, wealth transfer and tax planning
• Generate and edit client presentations and marketing proposals for prospects
• Prepare reporting for internal meetings relating to clients, prospects, and investment managers
• Maintain and manage client data utilizing both proprietary and 3rd party software (APX & Seismic)
• Assist with client service functions including account applications, cash management and data reconciliation
• Collaborate with senior team members to resolve complex client requests or other ad hoc tasks

Skills

• Recent undergraduate degree and a strong academic track record
• Demonstrated interest in Asset or Wealth Management
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel
• High degree of intellectual curiosity and resourcefulness
• Excellent communication and time allocation skills: adept at managing expectations
• Exceptional interpersonal skills: ability to work both autonomously and harmoniously with a team
• Comfortable being wrong: seeks to learn from mistakes and takes accountability
