[Remote] Business Development Representative - must live in PST or MST

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. AutoFi is the leading provider of digital commerce technology for the automotive industry. The Business Development Representative will be responsible for generating new sales leads, strategizing with sales leaders, and scheduling appointments for Outside Sales partners.

Responsibilities

  • Generate new sales leads through calls to qualify prospects
  • Strategize with sales leaders to design target and call plan of action
  • Perform 60+ outbound calls day
  • Research 70 prospective decision maker leads a week
  • Schedule 13 qualified demos/appointments for Outside Sales partners
  • Partner with Sales Directors to gain sales techniques, learn best practices, and grow your career
  • Consistently meet or exceed targets on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
  • Manage, track, and report all activities in Salesforce

Skills

  • Must live in PST or MST time zone, able to commit to 9:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule, Monday - Friday
  • Confident, conversational, persistent, curious
  • Prior Success in Business Development sales - Automotive Dealership or Automotive SaaS company BDR/BDC experience is required
  • Must enjoy working with a team and collaborating on success together
  • Ability to follow policies, processes, and procedures
  • Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills
