  • Schedule appropriate medical exams, procedures, and tests, including demographic collection and insurance registration
  • Maintain accurate data entry related to patient appointments
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive experience for patients
  • Collaborate with medical staff to coordinate scheduling efficiently

Skills

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • Entry-level computer skills as specified by the department
  • Strong customer service and phone etiquette skills
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of calls and inquiries
  • Previous experience in a healthcare or customer service role
  • Familiarity with scheduling software or systems
  • Additional certifications in customer service or healthcare administration
  • Bilingual skills in English and another language
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
